DescriptionAmazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) Partner team seeks an experienced Partner Delivery Business Developer to spearhead ProServe Partner Delivery Transformation. In this role, you will drive transformative outcomes for AWS customers and partners through the ProServe Partner network by: (1) leading AI and Agentic operational transformations, (2) ensuring secure, high-quality delivery through ProServe Partners, and (3) serving as a trusted advisor who collaborates with ProServe sales and delivery teams to align partner and customer solutions with optimal business outcomes. The ProServe Partner Delivery Leader will enable operational excellence across partner ecosystems, delivery teams, sales organizations, and customer engagements. This role focuses on driving customer and partner satisfaction through streamlined processes and operational efficiency for a defined portfolio of strategic partnerships. Your experience in the technology and services industry, including partner ecosystems, enables you to effectively translate technical concepts into measurable business value for partners and customers. You will demonstrate proficiency in sales and delivery methodologies, CRM systems, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Performance will be evaluated against key metrics including Delivered Revenue, team engagement, and partner and customer satisfaction (CSAT). Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
