Description We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing financial functions in a dynamic environment. This role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and requires a commitment to fostering growth and maintaining fiscal health. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles. u2022 Proven ability to manage inbound inquiries and maintain detail-oriented relationships. u2022 Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes, including Ethernet-based technologies. u2022 Demonstrated skill in building and nurturing partnerships across diverse teams. u2022 Experience in the health insurance sector or a related industry is preferred. u2022 Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. u2022 Advanced understanding of compliance regulations and risk management. u2022 Effective communication and leadership skills to drive organizational success.
