The AI Security Tools and Architecture Subject Matter Expert (SME) will focus on the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity. Their primary responsibility will be to design, implement, maintain, integrate and deploy security tools and solutions that leverage AI and protect AI data and systems from vulnerabilities, threats, and malicious attacks. This role requires deep understanding of AI technologies combined with cybersecurity principles to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of AI models and data pipelines. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and deploy security tools that monitor and protect AI models and infrastructures. u2022 Identify vulnerabilities specific to AI systems, such as adversarial attacks, model poisoning, and data leakage. u2022 Collaborate with AI developers and security teams to integrate security best practices into AI development lifecycles. u2022 Conduct risk assessments and threat modeling for AI applications. u2022 Stay updated with emerging AI threats, security frameworks, and compliance requirements. u2022 Implement secure data governance and privacy-preserving techniques for AI datasets. u2022 Perform penetration testing and incident response related to AI systems. u2022 Educate stakeholders on AI security risks and mitigation strategies. Work Experience: u2022 Typically, 3-7 years of experience in cybersecurity, AI development, or a hybrid role involving both AI and security. u2022 Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and understanding AI model lifecycle security. u2022 Practical knowledge of security tools and techniques such as intrusion detection systems, encryption, secure coding, and vulnerability assessment. u2022 Experience working with tools such as Cranium.AI, Splx.ai, Simplix, etc. u2022 Experience in threat modeling and mitigating adversarial AI attacks. u2022 Familiarity with regulatory standards related to data privacy and security (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). u2022 Experience working in interdisciplinary teams bridging AI research, software development, and security operations. Education: u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is preferred. u2022 A Masteru2019s degree or higher in Cybersecurity, AI, or Information Security can be highly advantageous, especially for advanced roles. u2022 Relevant certifications such as: u2022 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) u2022 Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) u2022 AI-related certifications (e.g., AI Security Specialist certifications, if available) u2022 Cloud security certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security - Specialty) Additional Skills: u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. u2022 Deep understanding of both AI algorithms and cybersecurity principles. u2022 Ability to communicate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. u2022 Proactive learning mindset to keep up with evolving AI threats and security technologies. u2022 Collaboration skills to work effectively across AI, security, and business teams.
