022365 IEA Press Brake Operator

We are seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. This advanced-skilled position is responsible for the set-up and operation of CNC-controlled forming, cutting, and rolling equipment . The ideal candidate is highly skilled, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities + Set up and operate CNC press brakes and related forming, cutting, and rolling equipment. + Perform first-piece inspections and final quality checks to minimize scrap and ensure product accuracy. + Troubleshoot issues and resolve most production challenges independently, seeking limited supervisory assistance when needed. + Assist with training and supporting less experienced machine operators as required. + Follow all company safety procedures and adhere to department 6-S standards and Six Sigma principles . + Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What Weu2019re Looking For + Proven experience operating CNC press brake machinery. + Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of metal fabrication processes. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. + Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards. + Commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement.
