What Will You Be Doing?The Senior Analyst, Inflight Analytics and Reporting is a key agent in monitoring and analyzing Inflight performance, dependability, and operations data to make recommendations that improve the business. This role will also serve as a subject matter expert for all Inflight Experience workforce functions—including planning, forecasting, and real-time monitoring of performance metrics and results. The Senior Analyst will leverage advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to drive operational efficiency, reduce manual touchpoints, and enhance the quality of insights delivered across the organization. You will see the direct impact of your work and thrive in an environment where innovative ideas, new technologies, and optimization strategies are encouraged.Essential FunctionsAnalytics Analyze and evaluate all Inflight Experience forms and data to measure impact on customer experience and drive creation of key performance indicators (KPIs).Compile and publish various regular reports to illustrate issues and trends to senior leadership.Report findings and trends to leadership in clear, actionable formats.Develop, implement, and automate procedural analytics to strengthen Inflight Experience performance.Recommend changes to policies, procedures, and performance processes to optimize customer Inflight experience.Prepare, automate, and distribute weekly reports and dashboards; analyze for trends and anomalies.Use AI/ML techniques to conduct scenario analysis and identify optimal strategies under uncertainty.Summarize data, run statistical models, and translate insights into operational recommendations.Monitor daily real-time activities including headstart/operations performance, Flight Attendant dependability, catering operations, and onboard retail sales.Conduct real-time monitoring of service levels and incoming workloads using automated and AI-driven alerting tools to positively influence performance metrics.Develop intraday reporting, including automated triggers and notifications.Automate delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts using AI forecasting models.Maintain and enhance statistical models to predict Flight Attendant performance, dependability behaviors, and operational outcomes.Review forecasting accuracy and collaborate with Inflight Experience staff to reduce variation and improve scheduling effectiveness.Create meaningful interpretation of data using advanced analytics, automation, and industry knowledge to support decision-making.Build and maintain strong working relationships with Inflight Experience leaders and staff across teams and sites.Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities for AI-enabled process enhancements and develop actionable analytics solutions that streamline Inflight processes.Recommendation Implementation Travel to Inflight Experience bases for roundtables with operations staff and Flight Attendants to understand issues firsthand and partner with local leadership on performance and recognition tracking improvements.Audit, monitor, and refine progress toward performance goals and strategies.Develop and maintain relationships with Inflight Services teams at other carriers to exchange data and explore emerging automation and AI best plete and coordinate ad hoc analysis and AI-assisted modeling for team initiatives and projects.Identify opportunities to automate department functions, reporting, workflows, and distribution methods.Develop automated and AI-powered data notification tools to alert operations of potential on-time departure risks, staffing gaps, and schedule integrity issues.Analyze operational problems using both traditional and AI-driven analytical techniques to define improvement opportunities.Perform root cause analysis using advanced analytics and machine learning classification tools.Prepare recommendations and reports using data visualization, AI insights, and statistical analysis to drive high-impact process improvements.Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Assist in developing automated frameworks and predictive tools for Business Continuity planning.Other FunctionsProvide assistance to Inflight Experience leadership on a case by case basisProvide analytical support for special projectsPerform other duties as assigned based on business needQualificationsBachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business or related field;
