As a Senior Manager in the Asset Management practice, you will be responsible for : u2022 Assuming overall responsibility for project execution and guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives u2022 Facilitating discussions and workshops with senior level clients to evaluate the business and technology at the strategic level u2022 Managing large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture u2022 Interacting with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters u2022 I nitiating and leading business development initiatives, including developing client proposals and building strong relationships with Accenture clients u2022 Supporting the development of the practice by driving initiatives around market research, Accenture Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc. u2022 Being a visible thought leader in the Asset Management industry, bringing original thought and recommendation to industry leaders u2022 Business development, interacting with clients and prospects to bring Accentureu2019s value to client growth and innovation u2022 10+ years of industry experience or equivalent knowledge of the asset management industry (i.e., product, distributions, operations, investment technology, etc.) u2022 Proven program, project, and delivery leadership in the asset management industry Established relationships with leaders across the Asset Management industry u2022 Experience building relationships with key clients through delivery and position to expand client footprint u2022 Experience managing a team between 2-10 people on client facing engagements u2022 Strong communication skills and attention to detail u2022 Previous management consulting, program management, business advisory experience a plus u2022 Alternatives, private investment, or sales distribution expertise a plus u2022 Bachelor's degree required , CPA and/or MBA a plus PROFESSIONAL SKILL REQUIREMENTS Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral ) and interpersonal skills Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Accenture (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status).
