Description We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in analyzing complex datasets, developing data pipelines, and delivering actionable insights to support research, development, and operational strategies. Responsibilities: u2022 Analyze diverse datasets from research programs, field trials, and operational systems to generate business insights. u2022 Collaborate with R& D teams to aggregate experimental results into statistically sound and geospatially relevant analyses. u2022 Develop actionable insights to optimize manufacturing processes, improve product performance, and enhance sales strategies. u2022 Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders to support decision-making and ensure proper implementation of technologies. u2022 Build and optimize datasets using programming languages such as Python and R. u2022 Participate in the development and maintenance of automated data pipelines and reproducible workflows. u2022 Design semantic data layers to facilitate the translation of experimental data into business solutions. u2022 Utilize tools like Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI to support data management and visualization. u2022 Contribute to the strategic planning and creation of platforms that integrate data for field applications. u2022 Work closely with research teams to understand and address data-related challenges. Requirements u2022 A minimum of 7 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or related fields. u2022 Proficiency in Python, R programming, and SQL for data manipulation and analysis. u2022 Strong knowledge of relational databases and quantitative methods. u2022 Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI. u2022 Familiarity with platforms like Databricks and Snowflake. u2022 Ability to analyze geospatial data and apply statistical methodologies. u2022 Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to diverse audiences. u2022 Motivation for continuous learning and growth in geospatial applications.
