Our Internship Program Our Internship Program Our summer internship program lasts 10-12 weeks beginning in May or June and ending in August or September. We are seeking a compensation intern to support our team with a high focus on enhancing excel-based analytics and process documentation. This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you'll contribute to real projects while gaining experience in both human resources and compensation. What Youu2019ll Do + Collaborate with the Global Compensation team to enhance process documentation and analytics on key annual programs including salary structure review and annual compensation planning. + Help prepare and review global compensation reports, models, and analysis using Microsoft Excel + Provide analytical and research support for base pay and incentive compensation programs + Support ad hoc compensation-related projects as needed Who Youu2019ll Work With This internship reports into the Global Compensation team and provides hands-on experience supporting global compensation programs through data analysis and collaboration. What Makes You a Qualified Candidate + Strong interest in compensation, HR analytics, and data-driven decision-making + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic to intermediate knowledge of formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables (or willingness to learn) + Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to data accuracy + Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism + Demonstrated ability to work as a collaborative team player with strong communication skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic to intermediate knowledge of formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables (or willingness to learn) + Proficiency in using AI to enhance process documentation and excel-based analytics preferred What Youu2019ll Bring Must be enrolled in a bacheloru2019s, masteru2019s, or PhD degree program in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Business, Communications or similar, with a graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement. All other permanent roles will be eligible for one of our annual incentive plans, which are based on company financial attainment and individual performance.
