Adecco is seeking a Sensory Technician. In this role, you will support the Innovation Sensory Insights team by executing sensory and consumer research activities. You will be part of a detail-oriented, hands-on team passionate about food and beverage product experiences, working in a lab environment that supports high-volume testing across complex projects. + Location: Onsite in Bridgewater, NJ + Pay Rate: $28.37 /hr + Shift: Part-time, 6u20138 hours per day, Monday through Thursday. Core hours: 8:00 AM u2013 2:00 PM (Monu2013Wed) with flexibility for Thursday hours. Responsibilities: + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sensory kitchen and lab areas. + Prepare supplies for daily tastings including food, beverages, utensils, and ballots. + Assist in the setup and execution of internal sensory panels and informal tastings. + Support product preparation and presentation for consumer testing. + Record and organize panelist feedback and test results accurately. + Collaborate with scientists and technicians on documentation and reporting. + Ensure all equipment is ready and follow all health, safety, and environmental protocols. Qualifications: + Experience in food science, sensory evaluation, or lab operations preferred. + Strong attention to detail and the ability to strictly follow protocols. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel). + Prior experience with sensory software is a plus (e.g., Eye Question, Fizz, Compusense, Red Jade). + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on lab environment. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. + Ability to adhere to good laboratory practices and internal quality standards.
