Content Manager / Creative Strategist

Description Robert Halfu2019s marketing & creative client is looking for a Content Manager / Creative Strategist for a 3+ month contract south of Boston. This is a hybrid, 40-hour-per-week opportunity, candidates must be able to work onsite 3 days/week. The Content Manager will lead the full lifecycle of content strategy, creation, and executionu2014driving high-quality, multi-channel content and collaborating across marketing, product, and creative teams. Key Responsibilities: + Define audience, key messages, and content plans in collaboration with marketing leads + Develop and manage editorial calendars and content schedules + Lead production of blogs, white papers, case studies, ebooks, and related assets + Guide and review the work of writers, designers, and videographers + Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency + Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and creative teams for integrated initiatives + Analyze and report on content performance using data and insights Requirements + Bacheloru2019s in Marketing, Communications, or related field + 5+ years in B2B content or digital marketing within a technology or agency environment + Experience managing multi-channel content (web, blog, video, social) + Proven ability to manage production teams and external partners + Strong editing, creative, and storytelling skills + Skilled with content workflows and analytics + Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects + Prior SaaS, cloud technology, or B2B consulting industry a plus + Experience with CRO and content optimization preferred + Background in creative direction a plus Innovation starts with people.u00ae Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
