CNC Setup Machinist

Adecco Staffing is currently partnered with a growing manufacturer in Waltham, MA We are seeking a skilled CNC Setup Machinist. This is a direct hire opportunity on 1st shift. Job Title: CNC Machinist with Swiss Machine experience Pay Range: $20 u2013 $30 per hour depending on experience Shift Schedule: Monday u2013 Friday, 8 or 10 hour shifts, with overtime available Responsibilities Include: u2022 Operating and setting up Citizen Swiss CNC machines u2022 Ability to work on difficult and complex parts with minimal supervision u2022 Performing machine setups, tool changes, and offsets u2022 Monitoring production runs to ensure quality and efficiency u2022 Inspecting parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) u2022 Maintaining tight tolerances and meeting production standards u2022 Troubleshooting machining issues and making necessary adjustments u2022 Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Include : u2022 5+ years of CNC Swiss machining experience preferred u2022 Experience machining various materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and brass u2022 Experience holding tight tolerances (+/- .0002) and geometric tolerancing u2022 Ability to set up and operate CNC Swiss machines independently u2022 Able to read and understand drawings/blueprints u2022 Familiarity with Citizen machines is strongly preferred u2022 Hard working, hands-on, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment If interested, please apply directly to this job posting Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
