Description We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join a dynamic industrial service company in Lafayette. This executive role is integral to driving financial strategy, ensuring robust performance management, and supporting the companyu2019s growth both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, leadership, and expertise to optimize financial operations and guide the company through its expansion. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organizationu2019s global growth goals. u2022 Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, auditing, forecasting, and risk management. u2022 Manage and ensure compliance for international financial activities, including effective controls and cross-border reporting. u2022 Lead capital management strategies, including debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and optimizing working capital. u2022 Collaborate with the executive team to provide financial insights that guide operational and strategic decisions. u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, external auditors, and financial institutions. u2022 Drive initiatives to improve financial processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support scalability. u2022 Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and proactively address financial risks such as currency fluctuations and tax exposures. u2022 Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team to achieve organizational objectives and foster growth. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. CPA required u2022 At least 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5 years in an executive-level role. u2022 Proven expertise in the industrial services sector and managing international financial operations. u2022 Demonstrated success in supporting business growth, transformations, and mergers and acquisitions in multi-entity environments. u2022 Extensive knowledge of U.S. financial regulations and international reporting standards. u2022 Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. u2022 Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, making strategic decisions under pressure. u2022 Proficiency in financial reporting, treasury management, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
