Job Title: Global HR Specialist I Job Description Administer human resources policies and procedures related to employee relations, and research and analyze HR data. This role requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 0-2 years of experience in the field. You should have knowledge of commonly used HR concepts, practices, and procedures. You will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions under immediate supervision. This position does not typically require exercising independent judgment and typically reports to a manager. Responsibilities + Review pay rates for hourly employees and the overall compensation structure. + Implement changes from policy development through rate determination. + Collaborate with Program Managers, operations team members, and technology team members globally. + Perform tasks such as pulling reports, auditing, ticketing, wage reviews, and maintaining SOPs. + Engage in internal team interactions, spending 60% of time on focused work and 40% on meetings and collaborations. Essential Skills + Global HR experience. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and VLOOKUP. + Strong attention to detail. + Technically savvy with strong communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous experience with a major online retailer. + AI certification or familiarity with AI. + Great communication skills, delivering results, and demonstrating a bias for action. + 2-4 years of relevant experience. Work Environment This role is 100% onsite in Seattle, with a Monday to Friday schedule and a start time between 6:00am and 7:00am. Flexibility is required due to the trainer being based in Spain. There is room for schedule adjustments, allowing for late arrivals or early departures as needed once training is complete. The environment is fast-paced with a high potential for growth and learning. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
