Your duties will include evaluating work related to excavations, drainage systems, road surfaces, and structural components; performing field measurements and calculations; preparing detailed inspection reports; and tracking contractor production rates. You will coordinate inspection phases with the contractor's superintendent and agency personnel, and support project procedures---particularly in developing documentation for the final estimate package. This role reports to both the project manager and the project administrator, playing a critical part in maintaining construction quality, accuracy, and adherence to technical standards.u00a0u00a0Salary Range: $75,000 -- $110,000.u00a0 All hours worked beyond 40 hours per week are compensated at time and a half.
