This role requires someone with experience supporting complex, multi-workstream integrations in regulated environments. Proven ability to manage large integration budgets, drive disciplined governance (RAID, cadence, executive reporting), and coordinate cross-functional teams across simultaneous initiatives. A trusted partner to mid-level and executive stakeholders during high-pressure, time-bound integrations. This is a hybrid role which requires someone local to Chicago. Your future duties and responsibilities: u2022 Program foundation support and coordination u2022 Coordination with acquired entity contacts and workstream leads on deal-specific roadmaps u2022 Design and delivery of project templates tailored to this IMO deal program u2022 Consolidated reporting across the BTO M&A portfolio and for senior leadership (e.g., CIO, Vice Presidents) u2022 Assist with the development and enhancement of M&A business processes, templates, and user guides, and support the rollout of tools and processes, including the facilitation of user training u2022 Facilitation of cross-functional and leadership meetings to mitigate risks u2022 Integration of financial and PPM data into the developed models u2022 Collaborative ideation on metrics and reporting needs with delivery teams u2022 Support of acquisition-related tasks such as equipment ordering, funding tracking, installation coordination, and related activities u2022 Application inventory analysis and rationalization for integration efforts u2022 Management of onboarding tasks and integration activities u2022 Modification and standardization of scorecards and templates per workstream needs u2022 Establishment of reporting cadences and meeting schedules for sponsor groups u2022 Creation and enhancement of user guides for scorecards and templates u2022 Reconciliation of integration cost centers across related projects and programs across the entire BTO M&A portfolio u2022 Monitoring of PPM milestones, risks, and key metrics u2022 Support for weekly and monthly meeting cadence and coordination u2022 Data collection and validation u2022 Regular updates and read-outs of metrics u2022 Delivery methodology recommendations (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) where applicable u2022 General support activities like collaboration with business teams and management of business metrics, OKRs, reviews, etc. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: u2022 7+ years of project management experience u2022 2+ years of merger & acquisition experience u2022 Day-to-day coordination across workstreams, timeline tracking, dependency management u2022 Experienced in financial oversight activities like budget tracking, variance reporting, and forecast analysis u2022 Ability to take goals/projects from scratch and lead it u2022 Manage teams calendar u2022 AI experience with the ability to create agents u2022 Strong communication, organization, analytics and problem-solving skills u2022 Leadership presence Preferred Qualifications u2022 Experience in the pharmaceutical industry Other Information: CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $173,500.00.
