The Chief Information Officer (CIO) is a strategic, transformative member of Teradatau2019s executive leadership team, responsible for defining and executing the companyu2019s global technology vision. This role ensures that enterprise technology, digital platforms, and data capabilities directly enable business strategy, operational excellence, and long-term growth. You will modernize core technology platforms, elevate cybersecurity and resilience, and enhance the digital employee experience across a complex global environment. Success in this role looks like scalable, secure, and high-performing technology ecosystems that accelerate innovation, improve productivity, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will: u2022 Shape and execute an enterprise-wide technology strategy aligned to Teradatau2019s business objectives and transformation priorities u2022 Lead modernization across cloud, AI/ML, analytics, ERP/CRM, digital experience platforms, and emerging technologies u2022 Drive operational excellence through reliable global service delivery, cost optimization, and strong technology governance u2022 Partner with executive leadership to identify and deliver technology-enabled growth opportunities and efficiencies u2022 Apply foundational AI skills to explore and implement ways AI can enhance productivity, innovation, and impact across our workforce. Who you will work with: The CIO leads Teradatau2019s global IT organization, spanning enterprise applications, infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity partnerships, analytics platforms, and emerging technology capabilities. The team plays a critical role in enabling Teradatau2019s AI-driven strategy, ensuring technology is secure, scalable, and tightly aligned to business needs. This role reports to the CEO and works closely with the executive leadership team, including the COO, CFO, CISO, and Chief Data Officer, as well as business leaders across all regions. You will: u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to co-create digital and operational transformation programs u2022 Partner closely with cybersecurity, data, and product leaders to enable secure, data-driven innovation u2022 Collaborate with colleagues who share a commitment to leveraging AI responsibly, ensuring our people and customers benefit from the opportunities AI creates. Pay Rate: 290,000.00 - 362500.0000 - 435,000.00 Annually Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and candidate experience. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement. All other permanent roles will be eligible for one of our annual incentive plans, which are based on company financial attainment and individual performance.
