Who you are:Porters are responsible for the overall cleanliness and organization ofthe kitchen and restaurant by washing pots and pans, keeping the kitchenand dining room areas clean, and ensuring adherence to proper sanitationstandards. Porters are required to handle multiple dailyresponsibilities, display an ability and willingness to learn and takedirection, and work in a team environment. What you?ll do: Consistentlysupport a culture of Enlightened Hospitality Display cooperation, senseof urgency, house pride, and an unwavering care for our guests and foodsafety through high integrity performance of ware washing and facilitymaintenance duties Work with the kitchen team to keep all cookware andstorage containers in good shape and returned to storage areas properlyLearn and retain standard operating procedures for all sanitation dutieswhile consistently following a timeline and cleaning project schedulePartner with kitchen team to promote teamwork and efficient excellencein station turnover and end of shift breakdown. Consistently support aculture of Enlightened Hospitality Perform additional responsibilitiesas needed and other duties as assigned to support team objectives andoperational success.
