Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test to join their team for a 6 month project. This is a hybrid onsite position. Complete manual testing as required u2022 Design, develop and maintain automated test suites by writing code and scripts whenever possible to maximize test coverage and expedite delivery. u2022 Design, implement and maintain test frameworks and tools that facilitate automated testing across different layers within application(s) for use with DB, API, UI, Mobile, etc. u2022 Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and delivery of software updates. u2022 Work closely with stakeholders to integrate testing into the development process. u2022 Evaluate test results to identify issues and improvement opportunities, ensuring build stability before deployment. u2022 Conduct manual tests to identify issues that automated tests might miss. u2022 Create and maintain documentation related to test plans, manual and automated test cases, issues, test results and outcomes. u2022 Participate in code reviews to ensure testability of code and adherence to coding standards that facilitate automated testing. u2022 Perform and document both functional and non-functional testing to ensure comprehensive software validation and enforcing testing best practices. u2022 Attend all project meetings u2022 Pursue and obtain relevant training and certifications as they arise to support role and responsibilitie We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
