Services: + Third Party Administrator Services + Enhance Health and Public Safety Services + Claims Processing Services and Solutions + Consulting and Advisory Services + Cost Allocation Plans and Time Studies + Cost Settlement and Supplemental Payment Strategies + Healthcare Access and Markets The Business Operations & Design Specialist position supports the efforts of the Health Internal Administration Department (HIA) of the Health Practice Area (PA). HIA delivers comprehensive operations, programmatic, and proposal support to business teams. The Business Operations & Design Specialist assists in multiple activities and projects such as oversight of the dissemination of internal communications, graphic design for client-facing proposals, creating and updating communication channels, and general administrative support as required. The Business Operations & Design Specialist reports to the Senior Business Process and Content Manager. Communications u25cf Serves as a resource for internal information and PCG services for operational support of the business teams. u25cf Disseminates information across PCG Health through the SharePoint site, newsletter updates, answering the practice area inbox, sending out and maintaining large email distribution lists using Outlook and Dynamics 365 CRM Marketing, and supporting practice area-wide meetings. u25cf Communicates any issues, problems, or additional information to team leads and recommends solutions. u25cf Prepares a wide range of materials required for presentations and meetings. u25cf Prepares ad-hoc Practice Area communications and assists in planning meetings or events as required. Design u25cf Executes our graphic and design strategy for client-facing proposals, including the creation of graphics and organizational charts, as well as the design of internal templates such as resumes, project qualifications, and proposal templates. u25cf Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately. u25cf Creates training materials for internal company Practice Area trainings using tools such as Clipchamp, Tango, Articulate, etc. Resource Maintenance u25cf Assists in content generation, review, and capture for client-facing proposals. u25cf Run reports for content management and statistics to ensure that updates to sales sheets, project qualifications, graphics, and resumes are up to date. u25cf Maintain and improve upon the Health Practice Areau2019s SharePoint site which includes monitoring for updates and building out new resources. u25cf Other duties as required. Qualifications Education: Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent experience required Experience: 3+ years relevant work Required Skills: u25cf Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze and organize information and resources with strong attention to detail. u25cf Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills. u25cf Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably within the proposal realm or for a marketing agency. u25cf Proficiency in Design and Graphics Tools, such as Articulate, Adobe Pro or other creator solutions. u25cf Excellent verbal communication skills and experience working with mid-to-senior level staff. u25cf Strong writing and presentation skills required and experience in communications or marketing projects preferred. u25cf Ability to multi-task and work independently while also integrating well within a team environment. u25cf Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 products such as CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Marketing, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. u25cf Self-starter with a desire to learn and use innovative technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and proprietary applications such as proposal automation tools. u25cf SharePoint, Copilot, and PowerBI experience preferred. u25cf A basic working understanding of public health care industry preferred. #LI-MB1 #LI-remote Compensation: Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave. Range: $43,800 - $65,000 PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.
