As a Sr. Mechatronics and Robotics Technician youu2019ll be a key leader in running a shift and providing guidance to fellow technicians and Control support partners. What Youu2019ll Do + Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures. + Repair,maintain, and continuously improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility. + Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures. + Install,maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc. + Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repair of critical assets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians. + Build and close out work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). + Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members. + Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned. What Youu2019ll Need + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. + High school diploma or general education degree (GED). + 4+ years of experience working with automated conveyors and controls. + Proficient using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). + Experience with MHE safety standardsin accordance withOriginal Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards. + Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles, National Electrical Code (NEC), and/or industrial electronics. + Ability to conduct preventative& procedure-based maintenance. + Experience reading blueprints and schematics. + Experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs. + 3+ years of work order management. + Ability to use and interpret statistical equipment to run metrics such as OEE/Up Time to prioritize accordingly. + Ability to solve problems and carry out general instructions in standard situations suchas;routine maintenance, repairs, preventative measures, emergency responses, coordination, and safety compliance. + Ability to move up to 50lbsandphysical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications + Associateu2019sor higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field. + Previousleadership experience. + Previousvendor management experience. + Experience with robotic maintenance. + Experience with CMMS + Certification preferred in one or more of the following: electronic, electrical, mechanical, access control servers, PLCs, process controls, robotics, or mechanical power transmissions. The minimum salary for the this position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience.
