Job Description

As a Sr Facilities Maintenance Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and upkeep of physical facilities within our organization. You will oversee the execution of facilities planning, repairs, routine maintenance, and store functions within Honeywell. will report directly to our Facilities Manager and youu2019ll work out of our Oregon City, OR location. In this role, you will impact the overall success of the business by ensuring that our facilities are operating effectively and efficiently, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our employees and customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES + Lead a team of maintenance staff, including technicians, custodial workers, and contractors, to ensure they perform their duties efficiently and effectively. + Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure that facilities are well-maintained, compliant with regulations, and operate at peak efficiency. + Create and manage budgets for maintenance activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of facility care. + Manage QFM performance + Coordinate and supervise contractors + Respond to County requests and operational issues + Oversee work order execution and closeout YOU MUST HAVE + Minimum of 6 years of experience in facilities maintenance. + Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment. + Experience in electrical/mechanical/plumbing issues within commercial building. + Proven leadership and management skills. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects. + Experience with budget management.
