Description We are looking for an experienced Workers Compensation Attorney to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities: u2022 Represent clients in Workers Compensation cases, ensuring their rights are protected and they receive appropriate benefits. u2022 Draft and file motions, briefs, and other legal documents accurately and in a timely manner. u2022 Conduct thorough discovery processes to gather evidence and build strong cases. u2022 Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding Workers Compensation claims and related matters. u2022 Manage civil litigation proceedings involving Workers Compensation disputes. u2022 Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to develop effective case strategies. u2022 Maintain compliance with Pennsylvania Workers Compensation laws and regulations. u2022 Advocate for clients during hearings and negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes. u2022 Stay updated on changes in Workers Compensation law and integrate new knowledge into case strategies Requirements u2022 Licensed attorney with active credentials in Pennsylvania. u2022 Extensive experience in Pennsylvania Workers Compensation law. u2022 Strong background in civil litigation, particularly related to Workers Compensation. u2022 Proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents. u2022 Skilled in conducting discovery and collecting evidence. u2022 Ability to provide expert legal counsel and advice to clients. u2022 Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills. u2022 Commitment to staying informed about legal updates and industry trends.
