JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Role Snapshot Set up and operate AIMSystem (Automated Inline Mailing Systems) for processing of automatedmail. This role is a 2nd shift position - 3:25pm to 12:00am Mondaythrough Friday. Additional Information: Tentative Start Date: Tuesday,March 24th Starting Base Salary: $20.72/hour ($17.75/hour +$2.22/hour Job Premium + $0.75/hour Shift Differential) TrainingSchedule - 2nd Shift: On the job training: 2-8 weeks Monday-Friday3:25pm - 12:00am CST Scheduled Shift - 2nd Shift :Monday-Friday 3:25pm -12:00am CST On-Site Work Location: 5049 Tradewinds Parkway Madison, WI53718 In this role you will: Set up equipment for mail processing ofChecks, Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), billing statements, letters, andmiscellaneous jobs for all lines of business Identify jobs to processDetermine priority jobs and identify matching documents such as checks,return envelopes and/or inserts and mailing envelope Maintain peakefficiency while operating equipment Monitor equipment for accurateprocessing of documents Monitor output for accurate postage and insureit meets USPS mailing standards Monitor, adjust, and repair equipment asneeded Maintain documentation of work performed for use in jobvalidation and charge back to departments by job and contract Maintainadequate envelope stock and replenish as needed Serve as a back-up forPrint Center Operations and Postal Processing Staff Run test jobs ondemand as needed and provide feedback Monitor all AIM production andrelated documentation for accuracy and identify process improvementsWhat will I gain from this role?
