Overview Navitus Health Solutions is seekinga Pharmacy Reimbursement Administrator to join our team The PharmacyReimbursement Administrator (PRA) works in partnership with the ProviderRelations Coordinators, IT Client Operations, and others to continuallyreview, monitor, and update procedures to improve efficiencies of claimsadjudication administration. The PRA will test and review pharmacynetworks to ensure that claims are adjudicating per Navitus' pharmacycontract agreements. The PRA is responsible for the process of pharmacyremittances, including the accuracy of data in pharmacy electronicpayments (EFT) and/or 835-remittance advice and the oversight ofrecoveries of funds from pharmacies. The PRA is responsible forrecuperation of monies from pharmacy providers in negative balancestatus, as well as developing and providing reports to Navitusassociates of all reimbursement, recovery, and remittance activities.Day-to-day activities include submitting service requests for anynecessary network updates, auditing networks for price change accuracy,monitoring compliance with Navitus pharmacy provider contracts, settingup electronic payments and remits, and responding to questions relatedto payment issues.
