JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description JOB OBJECTIVE: The AviationMaintenance Technician (AMT) is responsible for maintaining, inspecting,and repairing company aircraft to ensure airworthiness, safety, andregulatory compliance. This role supports corporate flight operations byperforming scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, troubleshootingsystems, coordinating with OEMs, vendors, and regulatory authorities,and maintaining Promega's aviation facilities and equipment. The AMTensures aircraft are ready for safe, efficient missions supportingcompany executives and operational needs. CORE DUTIES: 1. Work with thepilots and Director of Maintenance to create and maintain the highestlevel of safety for our passengers and employees. 2. Perform maintenanceon Promega's aircraft. 3. Assist the Director of Maintenance inmaintaining accurate and complete aircraft maintenance records inaccordance with FAA Part 91 requirements. Ensure timely and propercompletion of aircraft logbook entries, inspection checklists, and allrequired documentation. Track and assist with compliance monitoring forAirworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and regulatoryupdates. 4. Assist the Director of Maintenance with supervising vendorcompliance during outsourced inspections. 5. Assist in managing a spareparts inventory. 6. Assist in maintaining all publications and manualsfor currency. 7. Assist in maintaining all avionics downloads for chartsservices. 8. Maintain the aircraft stock and the hangar stock to supportthe flights and facility. 9. Moving the aircraft in and out of hangar.10. Perform comprehensive pre-flight maintenance inspections foraircraft and ground equipment prior to each mission, including dispatchreadiness checks, fluid servicing, tire and brake inspections, andground power connections to ensure airworthiness and operationalreadiness. 11. Travel as needed to provide Aircraft on Ground (AOG)support at remote locations. Coordinate with Maintenance RepairOrganizations (MROs), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) andvendors for parts, tools, or outside labor support to minimize aircraftdowntime. 12. Perform a post flight inspection that includes cleaningthe inside and exterior of the aircraft and ground equipment after eachflight. 13. Assist and manage fueling of aircraft with the linetechnicians. 14. Maintain and clean Promega's aircraft and aviationfacility to include the hangar, offices and grounds, and customervehicles. 15. Maintain all ground support equipment. 16. Participate inand contribute to Promega's Safety Management System (SMS) throughproactive identification and reporting of safety...
