They helpconsumers by using empathy to understand the consumer's situation andcreative problem-solving skills to find a solution to meet theconsumer's needs. We arehere to make a difference Position Responsibilities: Communicateeffectively using text messaging, email, phone conversation, and webchat Identify the root cause of borrowers' challenges and proactivelyidentify possible solutions Clearly document all interactions andconversations Facilitate payment processing Closely adhere to companypolicies, procedures and compliance requirementsQualifications/Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communicationskills Proficient keyboard skills and the ability to navigate multiplecomputer programs simultaneously Excellent time management skills tohandle multiple tasks efficiently Strong problem-solving skills Outgoingpersonality that demonstrates a positive, friendly approach tocommunication Ability to learn applicable rules/regulations and strictlyfollow company procedures Ability to work both independently andalongside teammates to achieve group goals. They also field escalated calls, resolvedisputes, and assist with other collections operations tasks as directedby management. Reports to Training and Operations Coordinator (HESFocus) and COO. Key Job Responsibilities Oversee and maintain specialtycollection files, as determined by management Effectively manageescalated calls/situations with consumers Assist Compliance Officer inresolving complaints by de-escalating with consumers, sharing anyperformance issues with Compliance Officer for remediation. Ensurecompliance with all company policies, procedures, client expectationsand all relevant regulations Collaborate with the Training andOperations Coordinator, COO and other departments to implement training,resolve issues and improve workflows Promote a safe, nurturing andmotivational work environment Ensure that all collections-relatedactivities are conducted in a professional and ethical mannerParticipate in collections-related projects as directed by the COO andTOC, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved. Create,maintain and improve relevant SOPs as directed by the COO Qualifications3+ years of experience in collections operations or related field Strongunderstanding of collections regulations and compliance requirementsProficient in Microsoft Office and collections software Excellentcommunication skills verbal, written and presentation Ability to workindependently to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Ability towork collaboratively with all Stark personnel and across departmentsCommunicate effectively, proactively and respectfully with all Starkemployees and departments Ability to actively embody Stark core valuesof respect, integrity, flexibility, innovation and self-actualization APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum:
