Marketing and Communications Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Role Snapshot Our Marketing andCommunications Specialist will support a wide range of marketing,communications, and event initiatives across the organization. They willresponsible for intake and workflow management, overseeing contentscheduling, handling internal and external communications, social mediaengagement, and ensure the smooth operation of the company store andproduct orders. Our Marketing and Communications Specialist plays a keyrole in supporting internal events, community initiatives, and trackingthe effectiveness of our communication strategies. Salary Range $60,000~ $70,000 The base pay offered for this position may vary within theposted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, andexperience. Hybrid Work Location This position will be hybrid, havingthe regional availability to come in our Office two days a week. Ouroffice location: WPS Corporate Center Building - 1717 W. Have been accountable for thecontent intake process and maintaining the editorial calendar to ensurea smooth flow of marketing and communication efforts. Have monitored andengaged with social media channels, responding to comments and messagesto maintain positive brand reputation and engagement. Have gathered datato evaluate communication effectiveness, including social mediaperformance, employee engagement, and event participation and provideinsights and recommendations for improving future communicationsstrategies. Would enjoy posting internal communications on WPS'splatforms, while ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Can distributeall-employee emails and schedule social media content, ensuringconsistency, clarity, and alignment with brand messaging. Have managedinventories, product orders, and fulfillment requests for the companystore, ensuring smooth operations and on-time delivery of promotionalmaterials. Can track and coordinate product requests for employeeengagement initiatives, events, and organizational needs. Enjoyassisting with internal events, ensuring smooth communication andcoordination. Can support the Cares Community initiative by coordinatingsurveys, mailings, and tracking results. Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or arelated discipline, or equivalent combination of education andexperience. 3 or more years of experience in marketing, communications,or a related field.
