Associate General Counsel

JOB REQUIREMENTS: This role primarily supports Stellarus and may adviseon related matters within the Ascendiun Family of Companies, asappropriate.The Stellarus Legal Department provides legal guidance tothe company and partners with its business leaders to promote legal andethical behaviors in the achievement of the company's mission. The Sr.Director, Associate General Counselreports to the Stellarus VP, ChiefLegal Officer. This is a senior legal advisor role with the opportunityto collaborate directly with business, product, technology andoperations leaders while advising on the growth and evolution of thecompany. You will have primary responsibility for drafting, negotiatingand advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, along withadvising on strategic initiatives, partnerships and alliances, andgovernance issues. The Stellarus legal team partners with the company'sleadership team to provide legal and strategic guidance across keypriorities of the company. Successful candidates will be able to blendlegal expertise, thought partnership, cross-functional collaboration,and the ability to craft viable solutions for a high-growth companyalong with efficient execution.
