We're looking for creative, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals to join our teamu00a0Responsibilities:- Effectively and professionally communicate with Individuals, family members, employers, and Goodwill staff- Implement techniques and strategies to achieve skill development, competitive pace and quality standards- Provide demonstration of task(s) and accurately document assessments, strategies and recommendationsu00a0- Identify individual strengths and address barriers to employment such as soft skills, hygiene etc.u00a0- Assist with completion of job task as needed- Teaching importance of safety, health and wellness in the workplaceu00a0Requirements:- Must be at least 21 years of age- Two years of driving experience required- High School Diploma or GED. u00a0It is preferred 2- or 4-year degree in a related field- Documented experience working and/or volunteering with individuals with disabilitiesu00a0or similar field preferred;u00a0Education or Ongoing Study in a related field can be considered as experience- Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Excel and Word- Must be able to pass criminal, state, and federal background checks as well as BMV checks- Strong decision making, time management, communication and problem-solving skills- Must be able to stand for 6 hours -- with the ability move aboutu00a0Class and hands-on training provided.Please contact Lisa Martin with additional questions at 513-314-3744 oru00a0[]{rel=
