Crafted Highlights: In the role of Category Insights Manager working in Cincinnati, OH, you will be part of the Total Food National Accounts team. This person will be accountable for achieving business results for their assigned accounts by leading and directing their team, as well as internal and external resources. They lead the team to develop customer joint business plans that are rooted in the purpose drives purchase category philosophy. The Category Insights Manager is the strategic representative to the Molson Coors Chain team, customer and relevant distributor partners for all category management processes and expertise. This position addresses complex business opportunities by leveraging the Space Lab, Retail Revenue Management, Category Solutions, multiple data sources tools and analytics, shopper insights and an understanding of the beverage categories and retail/macro environment. This position reports to the Director of Category Insights. What Youu2019ll Be Brewing: u00b7 Lead a team of talented colleagues, building their capabilities and seeking continuous improvement by supporting their growth and development through career discussions, clear expectations, and consistent one on one conversations u00b7 Incorporate Plan effectively by building and maintaining annual and periodic category customer plans and lead those plans across the organization u00b7 Work collaboratively with Chain sales team to understand customer priorities and opportunities via discovery u00b7 Sell-in Molson Coors joint business plan to the customer by partnering with appropriate verticals in buying office and retail operations u00b7 Drive alignment across stakeholders and resources to ensure flawless execution of the plan across various omnichannel merchandising efforts including assortment, merchandising, prices, promotion and space. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy u00b7 You are confident and competent. Pay and Benefits: At Molson Coors, weu2019re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings : $111,900.00 - $146,900.00 (posting salary range) + 20 % target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days). The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
