Join WWT today A Brief Overview The Senior Product Manager takes ownership of key product areas, leading the development and execution of product roadmaps. They work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. Job Responsibilities + Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives. + Work closely with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and specifications. + Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions. + Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and growth. + Monitor and analyze product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Tasks and Responsibilities: + Helps to designs, develops, implements new modules and enhance existing modules for Salesforce. + Support the assembling of the project team and using cost and scheduling tools to define the scope, budget, and resource needs, and controlling other project variables. + Be a liaison between IT and the Business Client, and act as the go-to person who represents the entire initiative from the planning through the deployment and release to operations stage. + Make regular presentations and updates to the senior leadership. + Help in defining and communicating roles, responsibilities and expectations for all members of the project team + Providing direction and leadership to project managers. + Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance + Monitoring critical program milestones, and identifying ways to resolve issues + Communicating status of all projects to stakeholders and management + Developing and maintaining a productive working relationship with project sponsors, vendors and key clients + This person will be responsible for overall completion of project on schedule and within budget. Qualifications + Bacheloru2019s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Related Field required + A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in a related field + 10+ years of experience in customer engagement, solution design, or technology delivery + 3 - 5 years of leadership experience + Experience with Agile development practices and collaborating with software development teams through the product life cycle. + Experience leading digital transformation projects/programs including but not limited to Ecommerce, Mobile applications, Websites, Loyalty, Business Intelligence, and Point of Sale. + Proven track record of establishing and growing high-value relationships and partnerships with customers. + Experience presenting/pitching strategic recommendations and complex concepts to IT and business leaders. + Highly skilled at leading diverse cross-functional teams to create, implement and evolve solutions to drive tangible, measurable client results. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $130,800 to $163,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
