Architectural Designer / Architect - Cleveland, OH - JOB 26-00012Salary Range: $60K - $80K Permanent Position with Benefits.An architectural firm on the west side is seeking to hire Architect / Architectural Visualization Designer.REQUIREMENTSu2022 Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.u2022 3+ years of architectural experience desiredu2022 Must have 3D modeling software skills and proficient with SketchUp, Revit & Rhino.u2022 Other helpful software abilities would be Lumion, D5 Render, or Twinmotion.u2022 Strong graphic, presentation, 3D visualization, architectural design / presentation and visual storytelling skills.u2022 Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Adobe and After Effects.u2022 Have a particular eye for composition, lighting & color.u2022 Prefer someone with a background in photography, video editing, hand sketching, or digital painting.u2022 Animation or motion graphics skills are a plus.RESPONSIBILITIESu2022 Design high-quality 3D models, photorealistic and conceptual renderings.u2022 Play a part in creating of architectural visualizations for conceptual, design development, and presentation phases.u2022 Create visual and graphic content.Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
