The Role: Assistant Store Manager Weu2019re looking for a results-driven, client-centric Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team. This role is instrumental in driving sales, developing team talent, and ensuring operational excellence while bringing REEDSu2019 values to life on the sales floor. What You'll Do Sales Leadership + Partner with the Store Manager to exceed sales goals and KPIs. + Be a sales leader and mentor on the floor, leading by example. + Drive growth through key product strategies and promotional execution. + Foster new and repeat customer relationships through client development efforts. Client Experience + Deliver and coach exceptional customer service at every touchpoint. + Ensure an elevated and personalized shopping experience. + Actively support the team during peak traffic and high-stakes moments. + Use feedback to refine store experience and service strategy.
