This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see: DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONThe Treasury Management Support Specialist II provides back officesupport for all corporate Cash Management and Remote Deposit Captureservices across all regions, working closely with branch and TreasuryServices personnel and directly with customers to resolve issuespromptly and in accordance with bank policy. The role assists customerswith Cash Management limits and annual reviews while also serving as thebackup to the Treasury Management Support Team Lead.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Perform daily support for Treasury Management customers in allregions working with branch and Treasury Management personnel as well asdirectly with customers.2. Monitor customer files to ensure proper verification and correctprocessing.3. Serve as backup to Treasury Management Support Team Lead4. Provide back-up assistance to Treasury Management Support Specialistfor incoming and outgoing wires.5. Assist customers with ACH, Wire, and Remote Deposit Capture limitsand annual reviews, including obtaining approvals from loan officersand/or committees.6. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safemanner.7. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training asassigned.8. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to performeach essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. Ability to computerate, ratio, and percent and to prepare and interpret bar graphs.CRITICAL THINKING SKILLSAbility to utilize common sense understanding in order to carry outwritten, oral or diagrammed instructions.
