Position Summary The Plumbing Pipe‑Fitter / Pipe Welder performs installation, fabrication, and repair of piping systems across commercial and public facilities. This role requires strong technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team. ✅ Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in the piping trade Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and P&ID schematics Experience preparing large‑bore weld pipe Knowledgeable in fitting take‑outs for screw and weld fittings Skilled with carbon steel piping, stainless steel piping, stainless steel tubing, PVC, copper, and weld pipe Must supply essential hand tools required for the trade Strong communication skills and ability to work without direct supervision Dependable, safety‑minded, and team‑oriented ??? Key Responsibilities Install, assemble, and weld various piping systems Troubleshoot piping issues with systematic, efficient solutions Interpret schematics, P&ID drawings, and project documentation Safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery Provide professional service and communication on job sites Work effectively both independently and as part of a team Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment ? Physical Demands & Working Conditions Ability to sit, stand, talk, hear, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl throughout the workday Frequent use of hands, tools, and equipment Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds Work may occur indoors or outdoors, in varying temperatures and weather conditions Some job sites may require extended driving or riding in a vehicle (2+ hours) May work around typical construction materials and chemicals ? Additional Requirements Must pass post‑offer drug screening May be required to pass additional background checks (DMV, criminal history, etc.) Must demonstrate professionalism and reliability at all times ?
