Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:- Receives, verifies, and disseminates work requests from customers through work order systems (portals, emails, phone calls)- Manages work orders, enters labor, contract and materials charges against the work orders and closes work orders when complete with NTLL customers and other Local Customers.- Maintains the integrity of the work order system data.- Processes confidential information.- Maintains a complex filing system.- Prioritize work in order to successfully meet the needs of internal and external customers.- Develops process relative to the work control system.- Direct communication with branch employees regarding response times, work order updates, and job completion.- Direct communication with dispatch centralized team regarding NTL and NTLL customers.- Other duties as assigned.
