Senior Accountant - SEC Financial Reporting

A Day in the Life: Hertzu2019s External Financial Reporting team is responsible for completion and filing of all periodic and annual reports to the Securities and Exchange Commission (10-Qu2019s/10-Ku2019s). This team is also involved in preparation and validation of other ad hoc reports such as 8-Ku2019s, offering memorandums, and registration statements. The Sr. Accountant - SEC Financial Reporting plays a critical role in executing many aspects of such reporting. We expect the starting salary to be around $95,000; the actual salary will be determined based on years of relevant work experience.
