As we continue to grow, we are building the Pacific Northwest's most comprehensive and high-value oncology network-projected to double in volume overFTE: 1.0 Shift: Day Schedule: Monday - Friday, occasional evenings and weekendsPosition SummaryThe Radiation Oncology Manager provides system level operational development and oversight for the Radiation Oncology program, along with direct supervision of daily clinic operations. The Radiation Oncology Manager is responsible for ensuring that the program and staff maintain ethical, professional, service and regulatory standards. They provide input and participate in program development, policy development, technology selection, unit performance improvement and system-wide Radiation Oncology accreditation. The Manager is technically and clinically competent, adheres to system and program standards and fills in when department needs dictate assistance. This individual is responsible for coaching and mentoring staff, physicians and advance practice providers to successfully practice to the full capability of their role. Manager goals will align closely with those of the AVP Radiation Oncology and local system leadership, while being the present and accountable leader to transform the vision and goals into action.
