Interview Required Pay: $23-$25 Pre Employment Screening Required This a contract to hire role Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining our operations. We are seeking a self-starter with warehouse experience who can efficiently pull orders while delivering exceptional customer service. This role also involves local deliveries to service sites, requiring proficiency in forklift operations and a clean motor vehicle record. Responsibilities + Pull orders accurately and maintain high levels of customer service. + Perform local deliveries to various service sites. + Handle physically demanding tasks such as pulling conduit in cold conditions and cutting wire in the wire room. + Demonstrate capability and motivation to advance within the organization. Essential Skills + Previous experience in a warehouse setting. + Ability to operate a forklift. + Clean motor vehicle record. + Strong communication skills. + Detail-oriented and motivated to grow within the organization. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in sales and customer service. + Capability to lift up to 30 lbs individually and perform team lifts for up to 100 lbs. Performance Expectations They will be expected to work hard and keep a high level of communication within the warehouse. If they show a strong work ethic with a focus on customer service they will be eligible to move up within an organization Best vs Average someone who is hungry and career oriented someone who wants more than just a warehouse job Disqualifers only wants a warehouse job isn't career oriented First Day Expectations walking, standing for 8+ hours a day Picking and packing parts job shadowing Additional Information + 2 day shift roles that are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and 2 swing shift roles that are 12pn-9pm Monday-Thursday and 8-5pm on Friday + Candidates will also receive a $1000 bonus at 3 months and another $1000 at 6 months before being converted + $23/hour for day shift + $25/hour for swing + Able to lift 50 lbs + Attention to detail, receiving product in. + Organizing and stock shelfs + Able to work a fork lift Why Work Here?
