Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflightThis role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.As part of a small, passionate team, you will work on launch vehicles, space vehicles, and launch facility systems for New Glenn. This critical role manages the scope and team required to certify the New Glenn launch vehicle in direct support of the National Security Space Launch program. You will provide leadership in achieving the required certifications for providing launch services for critical national security payloads.To be successful in this role, you will develop and maintain positive relationships across the New Glenn program and our US government partner at the US Space Force. You must be proactive in planning sophisticated products across many technical subject areas while also developing, delivering, and communicating program plans and schedules which meet government certification requirements. You will be in charge of a team developing, reviewing, and providing certification products, including design, analysis, qualification test data, drawings, reports, etc. Lastly, you must have the resourcefulness and flexibility to perform at a high-level in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be an incredible team memberWe are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and high standard of quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight.
