Design, develop and installs advanced software solutions. Build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with internal architecture, development & design standards & best practices. Design, modify, develop, write, implement and troubleshoot software programming applications. Support and/or install software applications. Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Works within a Waterfall or Agile methodology/framework based team. Collaborates heavily with Project Management, Business Analyst and Infrastructure Job Families. What You'll Do: + Participate in analysis sessions and support data analysts to document data mapping and ETL requirements. + Lead the Design, Development, and Implementation of data models, ETL solutions to integrate functional data into Process Intelligence and Mining tool, Celonis. + Ensure connections to source systems via JDBC and Kafka are reliable and secure. + Maintain and provide operational support to Celonis production platform. + Govern access rights for the Celonis processes. + Optimize Celonis data models, ETL processes for performance and scalability. + Design, Develop, implement audit processes to ensure data integrity from application platforms to Celonis. + Provide ongoing support to business and technology teams to ensure continuous improvement in the areas of Process Intelligence and Automation. + Facilitate and lead the establishment of governance and best practices in the Process Intelligence and Automation space. + Assist management with setting strategic, tactical goals for the team and plans to execute them. + Experience with Agile Scrum Framework, Kanban. What We're Looking For: Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field is required. Experience: 7 years relevant work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered. Qualifications: + Bacheloru2019s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Strong SQL, PL/SQL skills are a MUST. + Proven experience with data analysis, modeling, building ETL solutions, Celonis process mining tools. + Solid analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong collaboration mindset. Preferred Skill: + Experience with Celonis HIGHLY PERFERRED. + Celonis certification will be a plus. + Experience with KAFKA desirable. + Knowledge of Python and other programming languages for automation. + Solid understanding of ERP systems (Maximo, PeopleSoft, Oracle) and related databases What You'll Get: $98,993 - $128,689 In addition to a competitive compensation, AEP offers a unique comprehensive benefits package that aims to support and enhance the overall well-being of our employees.
