Job Description: This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. As a Lead Project/Program Mgmt. your tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: + An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. + Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. + Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization. + Frequently collaborates with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: u2022 End-to-End Project Management: Supporting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined quality standards. u2022 Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and status reports to guide project execution and ensure alignment with objectives. u2022 Stakeholder and Vendor Communication: Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to provide project updates, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations. u2022 Quality Assurance and Issue Resolution: Ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables and taking proactive measures to identify, analyze, and resolve any issues or risks. u2022 Other duties as assigned: Supporting processes related to resource management, data analysis, reporting, and/or team collaboration. Supervisor: + No Education: + Bacheloru2019s degree (BS/BA) desired. Experience: + 5+ years of related experience. + Certification is required in some areas. + Project/Program technical management; Requirements gathering/writing and Issue resolution Compensation Offered: Our Lead Project/Program Mgmt earns between$118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual.
