In this role, you will greet residents, maintain safety and cleanliness in the pool area, monitor equipment, and support a positive experience for all.This is a seasonal position with shifts between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, averaging 14-20 hours per week on various days. Weekend and holiday availability requiredStarting Rate: $12.00/hour.Responsibilities of Our Pool Attendants Include:Opening and closing the pool.Greeting residents and checking them in and out of the pool area.Conducting light maintenance on the pool such as vacuuming/brushing pool bottoms, emptying skimmer baskets, and backwashing pool filters.Ensuring that the pool area is neat and clean every day by putting umbrellas up/down, straightening chairs and tables, cleaning tabletops, and sweeping the pool deck.Developing and maintaining a professional relationship with residents.Providing an optimal level of customer service to all pleting incident reports for management and keeping an incident log for reference.Our Next Co-worker Will Ideally Possess the Following Educational and Experiential Qualifications:Must be 15 years of age or older.Ability to work weekends and holidays; required.Previous pool attendant or lifeguard experience; preferred.
