Human Resources Assistant + Hybrid schedule: In-office Mondayu2013Wednesday, remote Thursdayu2013Friday + Flexible start times between 8:00 AM and 8:45 AM for an 8-hour workday Weu2019re looking for a highly organized, people-focused Human Resources Assistant to support high-volume hiring across 140 retail locations in 30 states. This role plays a critical part in keeping field recruiting and onboarding operations running smoothly while a team member is on leave. Youu2019ll partner closely with store managers and the recruiting team to manage the administrative side of the hiring process, ensuring every candidate has a seamless, professional onboarding experience. This is a fast-paced, operations-driven role, with approximately 80% of your time focused on backend coordination, including offer processing, onboarding, and compliance-related tasks. What Youu2019ll Do + Support high-volume hiring efforts across multiple retail locations nationwide + Partner with store managers to manage full-cycle administrative recruiting tasks + Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate next steps with candidates + Process offers and manage onboarding from acceptance through start date + Ensure a smooth, positive onboarding experience for every new hire + Verify candidate details, including email setup, pay plans, offer letters, and background checks + Maintain accuracy and timeliness across all HR and recruiting systems What You Bring Required Skills & Experience + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Experience in customer service, recruiting coordination, or human resources + Familiarity with recruitment processes and full-cycle hiring support + High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications + Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) + Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs + Comfort learning new systems and processes quickly + A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
