The pay range is $56,400.00 - $101,500.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. As a Product Safety Quality Assurance Associate Field PSQA Analyst, you'll be executing the following: Planning & Scheduling + Understand PSQA program including Factory Risk Model (FRM), product inspection grouping rules, US domestic 3rd Party business model rules to ensure activity scheduling is aligning to process + Perform weekly schedule analysis and optimize the audit schedule for cost and efficiency without compromising on Risk & Compliance + Drive PSQA scheduling efficiencies with ongoing improvement to processes and engagement with Inspectorio and technology teams + Autonomously make risk-based decision by engaging the 3rd parties, based on cost, capability and risk + Work with PSQA TMu2019s and 3rd parties to schedule PSQA activities + Schedule and track validation audits of Target TMu2019s or 3rd parties Communication and Training + Provide coaching and training to vendors and factories on PSQA scheduling requirements + Communicate scheduled activities to external partners and TMu2019s/3rd Parties executing activity + Manage scheduling changes with vendors, factories and TMu2019s/3rd parties + Engage PSQA HQ Engineer for escalated issues needing department specific resolution and drive conversation to completion + Provide coaching and training for 3rd party assessors based on the reports submitted and analyzed data + Escalate exceptions to the relevant parties and partner with the 3rd party manager to close the escalations by tracking them. Ensure that exceptions are appropriately documented as per SOP. + Work with Targetu2019s Inspectorio Admin role for any needed changes Reporting and Monitoring + Track and monitor budget associated with 3rd Party field activities and provide monthly reporting of status + Track and monitor availability of regional team and 3rd Party auditors + Track status of annual Factory Assessments and other activities to ensure vendor/factory compliance. Escalate to 3rd Party Manager as needed. + SME for development of 3rd Party reporting tools including developing interim solutions in absence of enterprise reporting tools + Run and monitor reporting on scheduling compliance of Domestic SPEu2019s + Run and monitor reporting on scheduling compliance of 3rd Parties + Run and monitor reporting on scheduling compliance of vendors and factories + Share activities, analysis and results with global leaders as needed Manage Budget and Invoicing + Owner and executer of seal management for the globe + Execute invoice routing within Target system for 3rd parties + 3rd Party invoice reconciliation including regional travel cost monitoring + Consolidating information of all 3rd party costs, forecasting financials, tracking and monitoring those at entire program level and also at cost center level Driving Accountability + Provide support for 3rd party top to top meetings illustrate inspector and 3rd party performance to KPIu2019s + Hold vendors and factories accountable to follow schedule policies + Provide feedback on process, systems and reporting to drive for continuous improvement of processes + Participate in project teams to improve PSQA program field processes + Communicate policy deviation to regional management and help facilitate any follow up actions Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description. Job duties may change at any time due to business needs About You: + University/College degree or equivalent + Minimum 3-5 years' experience in industry + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Experience with Microsoft applications + Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners + Strong critical thinking skills + Strong data analysis capability and project management skills + Experienced in statistical analysis + Works autonomously to manage all day-to-day operations with little or no supervision fromthe leader + Computer skill: familiar with Microsoft Windows and Office software applications; familiar with VBA programing and advanced use in Pivot and skills Team Members in the Target General Merch Inc operating company are prohibited from working more than thirty (30) days per calendar year in any of the following states: AL, AR, DE, FL, IN, IA, LA, MD, MS, MO, NC, OK, PA, SC, TN and VA.
