Role Summary Rise Modular is seeking a Sales Analyst to build and maintain the market intelligence foundation that supports business development decisions. This role is analytical, data-driven, and enabling u2014 not a sales role and not quota-carrying. The Sales Analyst ensures BD decisions are informed by real market activity, developer behavior, and competitive dynamics. Core Responsibilities Market & Developer Intelligence + Build and maintain a comprehensive database of: + Active and planned development projects + Developers by segment and geography + Architects and GCs influencing early decisions + Track unit deliveries, entitlements, and market activity by segment CRM & Data Ownership + Own CRM hygiene and reporting + Ensure accurate tracking of leads, pursuits, and relationships + Produce regular dashboards and insights for BD leadership BD Enablement + Support targeted outbound BD efforts with: + Prioritized target lists + Deal briefs and background research + Coordinate inputs with third-party marketing resources + Support creation of white papers, case studies, and market materials Market Trends & Reporting + Identify trends in: + Development activity + Competitive modular adoption + Geographic and segment shifts + Deliver periodic summaries to BD leadership and executives Ideal Background & Profile Required + 0u20135 years experience + Background in: + Commercial real estate brokerage + Real estate research or analytics + Strong academic real estate, finance, or planning program + High comfort with data, Excel, CRM tools, and emerging AI tools + Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity Preferred + Exposure to development or construction markets + Experience working with sales or BD teams in a support role Not a Fit + Candidates seeking quota-carrying sales roles + Candidates uninterested in analytical or operational work What Success Looks Like + BD decisions grounded in data + Clear visibility into target markets and customers + Reduced noise and wasted sales effort + Faster, more confident pursuit decisions Above all else, our team members should have a positive attitude and be flexible as to job responsibilities.u00a0 We have a collaborative, team focused, and fast-paced environment and welcome team members who are interested in working for a progressive and innovative organization.u00a0 For additional information about Rise Modular, please visit our website atu00a0 We thank all applicants for their interest, however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.u00a0 Rise Modular is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
