Assist with thesupervision, management, and mentorship of 40 student supervisors.Manage and execute programming responsibilities for select IntramuralSports leagues and special events, including revision of rules,marketing, registration, communications, reschedules and playoff format,inventory control, assessment & evaluation. Recruit, train, supervise,and evaluate Sports supervisors and Intramural Sports officials andscorekeepers. Maintain daily office hours to assist with administrativeduties including answering phone calls and e-mail correspondence,stocking first aid kits with proper supplies, record retention andfiling, and customer service. Maintain a presence at Intramural Sportsevents. Key Job Responsibilities: Coordinates logistics for events andprograms Develops targeted communication plans and materials based onestablished goals Prepares and monitors budgets and purchasesexpenditures as needed Engages in the Rec Well professional internshipdevelopment curriculum, all staff meetings, divisional committees, andother professional development responsibilities and opportunities.Identifies, proposes, and implements new or revised operational policiesand procedures Assists in implementing the staffing resource allocationplan including hiring, training, and supervisionDepartment: IntramuralSportsCompensation: $22.50/HourWork Schedule: This...
