Job Summary This position will lead and support allaspects of Global Logistics, Warehousing & Trade sourcing, contracting,and procurement strategies. Job Responsibilities Category Management &Leadership Lead the development and execution of category plans andglobal sourcing strategies, leveraging industry trends, market insights,and spend analytics Align procurement goals with business objectives andoperational needs Cost & Performance Management Ensure cost-effectivebuying channels & strategies are in place for assigned spend categoriesDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report onsavings, efficiencies, and supplier performance. Risk ManagementMitigate supply chain risks by developing contingency plans Ensurecompliance with plant safety, quality, and applicable regulatorystandards Ensured carrier compliance with contractual obligations andapplicable trade regulations Sourcing & Contracting Lead sourcing events(RFI, RFP, RFQ), including bid evaluation, supplier selection, and awardrecommendations. Negotiate complex contracts and statements of work(SOW) in collaboration with legal and compliance teams to ensureadherence to company policies Supplier Relationship Management Developand maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers,including freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers Leadbusiness reviews with key suppliers to assess performance, servicelevels, and align future goals, initiatives, and continuous improvementopportunities Communication & Stakeholder Collaboration Build & maintainstrong relationships with internal stakeholders to proactively identifyneeds, resolve issues, and improve service...
