At Novonesis we are using SAP as our ERP systemand the Global P2P team is responsible for driving end-to-end processexcellence across all our 30+ production sites including ProductionPlanning and Detailed Scheduling, and Execution, related systems andprocesses. Post merger of Novozymes and Christian Hansen, we are mergingthe two legacy systems at the same time as upgrading to SAP S4Hana. TheP2P team is driving standardization and harmonization across theseareas. Ready to shape the future of CMO Operations? Novonesis is engagedwith multiple CMOs globally to support our external manufacturingstrategy, but today, the system coordination is fragmented and notstreamlined. In this role you'll make an impact by: Translatingstrategic visions with operational details. You will translate and linkCMO arch-types to practical operational processes, leveraging your deepunderstanding of end-to-end processes, master data, and SAPfunctionalities. And you will not just design - you will train, measureand enforce global standards, now and in the future. You will also besupporting standardization and harmonization of how we work with CMOs inNovonesis. You will ensure business requirements are met, and thatprocesses support a seamless way of working, while generatingintelligence for decision making. Further you will: Work closely withyour P2P specialist colleagues in the team to understand how SAPfunctionalities support CMO system coordination. Collaborate with theGlobal CMO Management office to understand the business rationales formaintaining CMO relationships. Collaborate with Supply Chain,Production, Sourcing, and Quality to capture requirements and developstandardized and harmonized solutions catering to the needs.
