Assembley Tester

1st Shift Assembly Tester Openings Responsibilities + Build mechanical and electrical assemblies for concession equipment by following diagrams, instructions, and production guidelines. + Conduct operational tests on completed units to confirm they function correctly and meet required standards. + Review finished products carefully to identify defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues. + Use measurement tools such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers to verify that components meet specified dimensions. + Record testing outcomes and communicate any malfunctions or concerns to the appropriate supervisor. + Assist in diagnosing issues and performing adjustments or repairs on units that fail testing. + Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety expectations. + Safely handle and operate hand tools, power tools, and basic testing devices. Essential Skills + Experience in assembly and quality control. + Proficient in using hand tools and basic testing devices. + Ability to follow diagrams and production guidelines. + Use measurement tools like gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
